Lovejoys Senior/Light Fish & Rice 12kg
An irresistibly delicious diet for older dogs, or ones having a weight problem, our Fish & Rice senior/light is highly palatable and nutritious. Reduced fat and protein levels make it suitable for older dogs that dont need as much exercise, helping to keep their weight under control, which puts less stress on their joints. Our Fish & Rice senior/light diet is made from a single protein source and is hypoallergenic, excluding many known allergens, such as wheat, wheat gluten, dairy, pork, beef and soya. The addition of glucosamine and chondroitin can help promote joint repair and mobility and seaweed oil, which contains DHA (Docosahexenoic Acid) supports a healthy brain, vision and nervous system. Lovejoys® crunchy kibble has been designed to help remove plaque and tartar, which in turn can help reduce unpleasant breath. There are no added artificial colours, flavours or preservatives in any of our foods. Naturally good is the way we make it and promise that we always will.

Lovejoys® is normally fed dry, but do make sure there is always a separate bowl of water available. Alternatively it can be moistened with warm water which will bring out the flavour. You can feed in one meal a day or two. If your dog prefers two feeds a day, we recommend one third in the morning and two thirds in the evening.
See the feeding guide table for the correct amount. We recommend soaking a small amount of food in warm water to soften it first, then gradually reduce the amount of water and introduce fresh dry kibble a little at a time.
